How many diets have been tried?

Have you tried to survive on cabbage soup or eat nothing but protein? Most people have tried all kinds of diets and yet end up putting more weight either, with extreme anxiety or feel too sick to continue.

During the years of work health and fitness industry, I discovered what fat loss programs work through scientific research and trial and error. My diet changes I've found to be the most effective and as you read, you'll see why. For me, this is not even a diet but a healthy eating plan that I personally for used in day to day.

Evolution explains why most diets fail

We just have to look back on our evolution to see why most diets fail. Many diets are based on a principle hunger greatly limits the amount of calories they can consume daily. This causes weight loss in the short term by muscle wasting and loss of water but very little of this weight is actual fat. These starvation diets actually we they store fat to survive and in turn put more weight in the long term.

Heavy cutting calories causes a severe reduction in leptin (protein) which in turn signals of a starvation response in our body. This response is reduced metabolic rate and increases our hunger. It is believed that this response arises again our ancestors and the "Hunter Gather Days", when food was often scarce. Our body has developed a way to keep your energy source valuable body fat to survive longer.

So starvation or heavy caloric restriction diets are not the answer. Not only these diets cause you to put on more fat in the long term (yo yo dieting), but also slower metabolism, exactly what you need to increase to burn more fat.

The best way to diet is to eat natural

Everyone is different and we all have different needs for vitamins, minerals and nutrients in general; much of this is determined by our genetics and can not be changed. However, they have one thing in common – that evolved to eat natural foods. Food we chose the trees and bushes, dug into the soil or animals that persecuted and killed.

While the world has evolved at a pace faster than our body does not have. We are still uncomfortable sitting for long periods of time, require regular exercise, have headaches and eye problems using computers, suffer really sang on areas etc.

Our bodies still crave and need natural foods to eat and drink for many years. Food processed, simple sugars, contaminated water, and artificial stimulants are still alien to our body. All these natural products (toxins) are stored in fat cells, while our body decides what to do with.

We are suffering from internal anxiety as our body stores the toxin after toxin.

Following this diet will strip this toxic fat.

Follow this diet for 30 days and your body will release all of these fat cells toxic. The fat ugly go away! To accomplish this, you need to return to natural foods that we have developed a process to eat comfortably.
